Craft a box violin, try out a real violin and guitar in the instrument petting zoo, enjoy musical story time, celebrate with movement and dancing, and end class by performing a concert on your box violin! Parents may drop-off or stay and observe.
8/3 – Free Children’s Vision Screening @ West Loop Eye Care. Join NPN at West Loop Eye Care for a free vision screening for your child! Dr. Margaret, who is also a mom of a young child, will conduct the screenings. Kid-friendly snacks and activities will also be provided. While you are there you can also schedule a state-mandated vision screening for your school-age child, or if there’s time, Dr. Margaret will screen your child while you wait. (State-mandated vision screenings are not complimentary.)
