You can do this. It's going ot be hard, you're not going to sleep and it'll probably be weeks before you can find the time to get your nails done again. That's ok. I've gathered my top ten things that helped me through the thoughest of my son's first few months.

Spring is around the corner and ok, admit it....those New Year's resolutions froze with Lake Michigan weeks ago. After 3 polar vortexes and just as many boxes of Thin Mints, we probably all need to break out of the house and get moving. NOT TO WORRY! The American Academy of Pediatrics is hosting its first-ever Healthy Children Conference + Expo March 8 and 9, featuring experts from around the country discussing the latest developments in children’s health on topics ranging from breastfeeding to bullying.
