School Directory

Membership
1. Does the school need to be an NPN member to be included in the School Directory?
NO. Members and Non-member schools are free to list their school information in the school directory.
2. How long does it take to process and activate my membership?
The paid membership is activated at the time of finished transaction. If you have any difficulties logging in, contact us at membership@npnparents.org.
3. I can't remember my password. How can I sign in?
We can send your member id and password when you provide your email. Fill out the online password request form.
4. What is the duration of the membership?
Your membership spans 12 months from payment date. We will send you emails and written notices about your membership expiration.
5. How much is membership and how do I submit payment?
School membership is $49 per 12 months. NPN accepts visa, mastercharge and american express. If you already have a member id, please complete the Renewal Form. To obtain a member id, complete the Membership Form.
6. I'm not sure if I'm a member. How can I find out?
Request your password be sent to you. If you have an NPN membership, we'll send you an e-mail with your member ID and password.
School Directory
1. How long does it take to update the information after submission?
Our goal is to process all requests within one week of submission via online form. If you are submitting the info outside of the online form (e.g., mail), it may take two weeks to process. Please keep checking your school info online for the updates.
2. For some reason, the online school directory change form will not accept my information. How do I submit the updated info?
If at anytime you are having difficulties with the online form, just send the info via email to schooldbase@npnparents.org. Please do not call us with the information because we would prefer a written record of the information. If email is not possible, please contact the email noted above for alternative methods.
3. When is the deadline for school submission?
The deadline for school info submission is May 31. We cannot guarantee inclusion of submissions received after this date.
4. May I mail the updated info to your offices?
Because this process requires manual intervention, we ask that schools not mail the information to the NPN office. Please use other electronic methods (online form or email).
5. How many and when will the 2009/2010 School Directories will be printed?
We expect to print 500 by the fall of each year.
6. What is the cost of the printed 2009/2010 School Booklet? cost of online version?
The School Directory prices will be as follow: $25 for members; $35 for non-members. These prices do not include shipping charges. Members are able to view the online School Directory for free. The online version is updated each time new school information is submitted.
7. I couldn't find an answer to my question. Now what?
For additional help, send an email to events@npnparents.org. Please provide your school's name and detailed explanation of your issue and situation. Again, we are an all volunteer organization and do our best to respond to all inquiries.
