Challenged by mealtimes? Check out our latest Parent University session for great tips from everything from nutrition to label reading to cooking healthy meals.
Lara Field will explain how to plan healthy meals for your family with quick tips on meal preparation, reading nutrition labels, and navigating the grocery store. She will discuss common nutrient deficiencies and explore ways to incorporate good nutrition in everyday eating.
Limited childcare available through Flourish Studios. Please contact programdir@npnparents.org to register your child. Childcare is $10 per child and reservations are non-refundable. Younger children are also welcome to accompany their parent(s) in the seminar.

FEED is a privately owned pediatric nutrition counseling business founded in 2008 by registered dietitian Lara Field, MS, RD, LDN. Lara always has had a passion for kids' nutrition. She has specialized in pediatric nutritional care including the pediatric intensive care unit and pediatric gastroenterology and hepatology clinics. Lara serves as a member of the American Dietetic Association and is a member of Dietetic Practice Groups including Nutrition Entrepreneurs, Pediatrics, and Medical Nutritional Therapy.
