This is a drop off class and parents do not attend! Kids yoga is a great place for children to find peace and stillness. Ages 3-5 years old. The Yoga Boutique uses a lot of imagination, partner work and games to keep them focused. Cobra pose in a child's class take on a whole new meaning. Give your child the gift of health in a fun creative environment. Parents can walk over to Awake Cafe about a block away while they wait or feel free to participate in a yoga class at the same time.
