Join us for an interactive seminar on a variety of mindfulness techniques parents can use to reduce stress and build more joy into family life. Erin Leyba, LCSW, PhD will be talking about a variety of research-supported mindfulness techniques that parents can use to:

  • * Stay calm and centered
  • * Notice and adjust their reactions to challenging situations
  • * Become more in-tune to moments of joy
  • * Understand personal strengths and triggers
  • * Cope with stress
  •
  • This seminar will focus specifically on how parents can easily apply mindfulness tools to strengthen and deepen relationships with their children aged 0 to 6 years old.
