Discussion Forum Etiquette  

Whether you are a new or a seasoned NPN member, please use these important guidelines when participating on our active NPN Discussion Forum OR using Private Messaging:

• Identify yourself as a business member. Our members will appreciate your honesty
• Respond to posts relevant to your expertise – stick to original post’s topic
• Don’t duplicate your posts in different folders - posting just one time is sufficient. 
• NOTE: Updates may take several minutes to show up – wait before posting again
• Be objective in your advice and comments when possible
• Choose your opportunities to participate wisely – parents are sensitive & reactive
• For Private Messaging - do not spam users with marketing messages.  Respond/PM a member in an appropriate manner based on their specific post.

• Discussion Forum Changes – On the new forum - you can brand your account with an avatar and profile description.  You may also post as Anonymous.  If you post as Anonymous - you cannot edit or access this post via My Content.  We suggest using Anonymous sparingl.  If you are also a parent and want to also participate without your logo/avatar for your business, please open a second account and/or use your parent account to post in this way.
